Technology (PCT)
DHD dryers with Pulse Cooling Technology (PCT) maintain stable process
temperatures at the feed-throat to ±1°C throughout the
drying cycle and deliver stable dew points to -40°F or better.
This improved process stability assures better parts and minimal maintenance.
FN Microprocessor
Control
The FN Controller offers an impressive list of features at an economical
price. Operating
temperature and dew point are displayed on a digital readout.
Set point flashes approximately every 3 minutes. Regeneration can
be controlled by dew point or
time. A seven day clock activates automatic operation on a repetitive
or one time only basis. The popular, patented, Material Saver function
permits selection of a drying temperature and a second lower holding
temperature which the controller will automatically initiate to protect
material from an overheat condition. Other features include dual heater
control capability, programmable alarms, SQC capability, password
protection, system diagnostics and built-in SPI communications protocol.
Air Distribution
Valves
A new precision fabricated air distribution valve feature reduces
pressure loss across the system.
Exclusive valve tensioning system assures proper seating of air valves,
eliminating potential cross contamination of process and regeneration
air streams.
